What are retractable screens?

A retractable screen is an insect screen on a spring-loaded roller, mounted in the frame of a door or opening. Pull it across and it latches. Release it and it rolls back into a slim housing at the side of the frame, out of sight. They fit patio sliders, French doors, entry doors, and large openings, and each one is made to the exact size of the frame.
