What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address and the install address, plus anything optional you add: how many windows you have, rough sizes and rooms, and room photos.

Once the visualizer launches, it also collects the window photos you upload and the AI previews made from them. A cookie ties those photos to your device so nobody else can open them.

We collect nothing you do not type or upload yourself.

Why we collect it

To reply with your quote, schedule your free in-home measure, and build your blinds and have them installed by professionals. Window details and room photos help us understand your windows before we visit. Visualizer photos exist only to make your preview.

We use your details for your order and for nothing else. We do not sell them.

Who processes it

We run the site with a small number of service providers. Each one handles your details only to provide its service to us.

  • Website hostingVercel. Serves the site and runs the code that handles your requests.
  • Database and file storageSupabase. Stores your quote request, photos and previews in a private store that only our code can reach.
  • AI previewsGoogle Gemini. Turns your window photo into a preview of a blind. We use Google's paid API, whose terms do not let Google use your photos to train its models.
  • EmailResend. Delivers our replies to you and lead notifications to our team.
  • Lead trackingNotion. Where our team keeps your quote request and its status.
  • Calls and textsTwilio and Quo. Alert us when a request lands and carry our calls and texts to you.
  • Advertising measurementMeta (Facebook and Instagram). Records that a visit led to a quote request so we know which ads work. Its pixel runs in your browser, and our server sends Meta the same event with your email, phone, name and zip hashed (scrambled so they cannot be read back) so Meta can match it to an ad you saw.
  • Advertising measurementGoogle Ads, when enabled. Records that a visit led to a quote request. Your name, phone, email and address never go into it.
  • Site analyticsVercel Web Analytics. Counts page views and quote requests without cookies and without identifying you.

How long we keep it

  • Room photos sent with a quote request, and window photos uploaded to the visualizer: kept while we prepare your quote and follow up, then removed by a routine cleanup.
  • AI previews attached to a quote request: kept so we can refer to them at your measure and install.
  • Previews not attached to a quote request: removed with the photo.
  • Your quote request and contact details: kept while we serve you, so we can honor your order and help with it afterward.

Photos and AI previews

Visualizer previews are AI-generated. They show how a style might look on your window; colors, sizes and fit are confirmed at your free in-home measure.

Your photo stays private. Only your device can open it and we never publish it. Google may keep a copy of a submitted photo for a short period for safety monitoring, then deletes it. Please use photos without people in them.

Texts and calls

When you send us a form you agree that we may contact you about your quote and appointment by phone, text message and email. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your phone number or text-message opt-in with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and measurement

The site itself sets one cookie, and only once you use the visualizer: it keeps your photos and previews tied to your device. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. The pixel sets Meta's cookies in your browser and records your visit and your quote request. When you send a quote request, our server also sends Meta the same event with your email address, phone number, name and zip code hashed, meaning scrambled so they cannot be read back, together with your IP address and browser type, so Meta can tell whether an ad brought you here. Meta's use of that data is described in its own privacy policy, and you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. When Google Ads measurement is enabled, Google's tag sets its own cookies to record that a visit led to a quote request. We do not use any other tracking.

Deleting your details
